Customers are responsible for checking the goods upon receiving. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchange should the goods becomes not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by customer.

1. What should I do if the goods received are not as per my order or not in good condition?
Should you receive the wrong item, or discover that goods are damaged at time of delivery,
you may either: (1) return to our delivery team immediately, or (2) contact us at 1700-822-857 to arrange for next delivery trip. We will replace that goods as soon as we can or full refund amount paid less the carriage costs incurred.

2. Can I cancel my order after I made payment?
Yes. We can cancel your order as long as the order haven’t been processed. Thus, please send us an email immediately after your payment at email@example.com with the message title “Request to cancel order & Refund” in order to inform us about the cancellation order. We will do the full refund to you within 14 days if the order haven’t been processed after we confirmed receive your payment.
**Note: Orders that are in shipping or shipped cannot be cancelled.
